Take the middle top section and pull it toward the face and tie off for later use.
Now repeat sectioning off the hair in the middle of the head. Still leaving hair loose in the middle. It should look like this.

Tie both sides off for later use leaving the hair in the middle loose. Take the right side and start twisting, adding more hair as you go along until you reach the middle of the head then tie off or pin.

Repeat on the other side. Tie the two sides together.

Now untie the top center top half and starting at the front twist it back while gathering hair until you reach the other twists. Then tie all three of them together.

Then section off the bottom half the same as the top and middle half. Leaving loose hair in the middle. Tie off the sides.
Repeat twisting with the bottom center starting at the base of the neck working your way up. Then tie all four together.

Now untie the right top and bottom and add them together at the top to form a pigtail.

Reapeat with other side. Then take the ponytail in the middle and separate in two. Take one half and twist around the pony tail holder.

Then divide the ponytail in half again and make to half ponytails on each side of the knot to create the bow effect. And tie them off.

Then take a ribbon and tie it around the hair ties in the bow. Then take a section of one of the pigtails and twist around the ponytail holder. Secure with bobby pins. Repeat on the other side.
